What is the course about?

We will delve into the French song repertoire, looking at the intricacies of pronunciation and how it can aid our singing and make the music come alive.

We will consider the poetry of your chosen melodie, any symbolism present, and how the composer has decided to set the text to enable us to make more informed interpretative choices.

Guidance will be given on creating a fully rounded performance that considers the relationship between the voice and the piano.

Broaden your knowledge of this rich repertoire in a fun and supportive class.
