Based in London, Albeo trio is a dynamic harp trio formed by current members and alumni of the Royal Academy of Music. The group has worked with notable coaches including Skalia Kanga, Anna Noakes and Martin Outram to perfom at the Angela Burgess Recital Hall, Regents Hall and St Olave’s Church, Hart Street. Albeo trio have taken a lot of enjoyment from researching and discovering hidden works and aim to bring them forward and perform lesser-known repertoire to a wider audience.
Albeo trio also have a passion for education and outreach. With regular teaching positions and work within the National Youth Orchestra’s Inspire programme, Ipswich Summer strings programme, Royal Academy of Music’s ‘Open Academy’, ‘Widening Participation’ and Wigmore Hall’s ‘Music for Life’; they hope to give everyone the chance of experiencing music.
Later in the year, Albeo trio will be performing as part of the South Wales Llantilio Crossenny Festival and in June, with the Elgar Society.
