  • Booking practice rooms, managing membership queries, and preparing the venue for guests in collaboration with catering and housekeeping teams.

  • Communicating pre-arrival details, managing guest feedback, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires strong multitasking skills and a calm, professional demeanour. You will also play an important role in maintaining continuity of service and fostering positive relationships with clients, both existing and new, to encourage repeat business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triaging enquiries and managing resulting administrative tasks.

  • Independently managing reception during one weekend shift.

  • Collaborating with the management team to identify new procedures, opportunities, and areas for growth.
