The Hires and Sales Manager will help to drive the growth of income generation through commercial activity, specifically venue hires and the Benslow Music shop. Reporting to the Chief Executive the role will develop Benslow Music’s brand and reputation through the promotion of its hires.
The role will manage relationships with hire clients (including negotiation of contracts and budget)ensuring that all hires of Benslow Music’s campus are successfully and safely delivered. It will include the management of the Benslow Music Shop (stock management and regular stock taking) and working with the Library team to support income generation through the sale of deaccessioned Library stock.
Ensuring that hires are delivered to an excellent quality and safely, prospects and proactively seeking and developing opportunities. Providing reports, data and insight about activity, research prospects, market conditions and other relevant information, attending board meetings as required. Embedding Benslow Music into local and regional networks to broaden our client base.

Salary: £28,000-£35,000 dependent on experience
Hours: Part-time, 0.6FTE (21hrs per week)
Contract: Permanent, at Benslow Music with hybrid working considered
