What does Benslow Music mean to you?

Music has been central to Benslow for over 90 years and it is thanks to the foresight and generosity of previous benefactors that we are thriving today. Our home at Little Benslow Hills was bequeathed to be used in perpetuity for the support of music-making and if you visit on any given day, you can see, hear and feel this throughout our site.

Benslow Music’s supporters are integral to our work. They enable us to offer a wide variety of year-round, high-quality music courses for non-professionals, present intimate concerts, maintain our substantial building and beautiful grounds and to be a well-regarded music hub.

We intend to continue making music for the next 90 years and beyond, and we need your help to do this. Would you consider leaving a gift to Benslow Music in your Will, so that your love of music can live on?

To find out more, download or request our legacies booklet, containing all the information you need on why and how to make a transformative gift in this way.

Codicil Form

If you already have a Will in place and know that you would now like to leave a gift to Benslow Music, you can download the relevant Codicil form (Specific Amount)(Specific Gift) on the right of this page. Alternatively, please email us if you would like a paper copy sent to you.

Benslow Benefactors

We remain enormously grateful to those who have supported Benslow Music with a legacy gift, principally Esther Seebohm who gifted the Little Benslow Hills site in perpetuity to the Rural Music Schools Association in 1952.

Should you decide to tell us of your generous intention to leave a gift in your Will, you will be invited to join our Benslow Benefactors.

Thank you to:
